Independent test analysis for marine seismic instruments |

The
marine version of Testif-i includes support for a variety of marine
instruments, enabling extended SEG-D headers to be viewed and digitiser
serial numbers to be decoded and included in the results for certain
instruments. The software also contains a module for calculating relative
streamer channel sensitivity from production data. Near-field hydrophone
data from production records can also be used to determine consistency
of gun signatures during production. A Streamer Sensitivity test analysis
module is included for performing analysis of tests recorded using calibrated
reference hydrophones, enabling absolute streamer sensitivity for the
configured streamer to be calculated. Frequency domain analysis reduces
the effects of noise on the results and reduces the effect of different
frequency response of the reference and streamer hydrophones. |
